DAY OF PERFORMANCE DETAILS
19th September 2026 @The Art House Wyong - Studio Space
Students Arrive between 9:20 and 9:30am for a 9:30am entry via the loading dock in PAULINE LANE
- NOTE: Once the kids are in the doors are locked and phone reception is minimal inside, so it is important to be on time for entry
- Students arrive in costume with any make-up and hair already done
Technical and Dress Rehearsal 9:30 - 1:45pm
- Students must bring a packed lunch, snacks and a drink bottle as there will be no leaving the theatre during the rehearsal period. Please do not pack any food that is prone to mess.
Audience arrive 1:45 - 1:59pm
Show Commences 2pm and should finish no later than 3:30pm
EXTRA REHEARSAL DETAILS
Tuesday 15th September 4:30 - 6pm @ Wyong High Hall
NOTE:
XtrAct Players arrive at 4pm as per their normal class, but will stay until 6pm.
XtrAct Boardtreaders and XtrAct PDC may begin arriving at 4:20pm and no later than 4:30pm, please, as we will begin rehearsing our whole of school scene straight away.

Tickets are organised by and purchased through The Art House, Wyong. Questions pertaining to tickets are to go directly to the Art House as I do not have access to that side of the day. This performance is open to the public and I encourage you to invite along family and friends to ensure that the students have a great audience.
